Confidentiality :

- All information and documents related to applying for the Best Agricultural Research and Studies Award shall be treated with strict confidentiality. No person shall be allowed to review any part of its contents unless his/her job position or legal power allows him/her to review the application or any of the documents attached with it.

- The National Initiative for Agricultural Development will have the right, after announcing the results, to publish the research summary of the awarded researches on its website or its agricultural data platform.

Acknowledgment and Undertaking:

I hereby agree to authorize the evaluation committee to inquire about any information required by the nature of the committee's work. Furthermore, I understand the right of the committee to reject the application if it does not meet the necessary conditions and without giving any reasons.

In case of winning the prize, I hereby acknowledge that I have no objection to the National Initiative for Agricultural Development to publish the research summary on its website without conflicting the intellectual property rights in the Kingdom of Bahrain and without the need of prior consent.
