All information and documents related to applications to apply for the Best Bahraini Farmer Prize are treated confidentially, and no one will be allowed or permitted to view them or any part of their contents unless his job position or legal capacity allows him to view the application or any of the documents attached to the application.
The National Initiative for Agricultural Development (NIAD) has the right to keep all submitted documents and forms.
I hereby acknowledge and undertake that I have read the conditions for this prize and that the above statements are entirely correct. Further, I agree to grant the judging committee and the supporting team the power to inquire about any information required by the committee to conclude its work. Furthermore, I understand the right of the committee to reject the application if it does not meet the necessary conditions and without giving any reasons. Moreover, I discharge the committee from any liability that may be incurred due to inquiry or rejection of the application.
